Lost properties


If you lose an item while using our services, you must contact with the company that manages the line where yout lost the property. There, you will be asked to give a brief description of the item in question and this information:

DAY
HOUR
BUS LINE NUMBER
BUS NUMBER OR LICENCE PLATE
(if possible).

If your item has been found, you will have to go with your identity card where the company indicates you.
