Anyone meeting the following three requirements:

1. Registered as a resident of a Barcelona municipality.
   
   
2. Over 60 years old or registered as at least 33% handicapped and holding an ICASS Handicap Certificate.
   
   
3. Total income from all sources (pension, aid, rent, etc.) less than twice the statutory minimum wage.

• The Metropolitan Pink Card which entitle holders to use EMT public transport free of charge, with no limits as to time or number of journeys.
  
  These are available to persons who meet the above conditions and whose income from all sources is less than the statutory minimum wage.
  
  
• The reduced rate Metropolitan Pink Card which entitle holders to a reduction of around 50% in fares on EMT public transport via the purchase T4 multi-journey integrated ticket.
  
  These are available to persons who meet the above conditions and whose income from all sources is between one and two times the statutory minimum wage.

These tickets can be requested at your Town Hall: just fill in the relevant form and, if you are disabled, attach the ICASS certificate.

This certificate may be obtained from your local Disabled Care Centre.
